Long but worth reading. I was a first-time home buyer in the Niagara Region and I've been looking for a house for about a year now in this difficult market. I was with a previous realtor before, but I felt like I wasn't getting the help and service I needed. I was recommended Megan Sneider. We met first for coffee and I explained my needs and wants before committing to another realtor. She was very friendly, approachable, and super knowledgeable. On the first day of showings, I was blown away on how prepared she was. Even when I wasn't 100% sold on making an offer, her work ethic didn't change - That's what I think everyone should want in a realtor. Someone who's willing to work for you even when times are tough, and willing to work around your schedule and not theirs. I would not have purchased the perfect first home without Megan Sneider. Period. I really owe it all to her for being my rock throughout the ups and downs of house hunting. I will not work with anyone else. Buying or selling. Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only was she very on top of lining up houses that were suited best for our budget and requirements, but she also manage to negotiate an incredible deal! We put our offer in just under asking and then we heard someone from Toronto also put a bid in. Meg went back to tweak our offer and talk to the other agent.
